ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a bi-lingual (English-Spanish) Team Member for Omar Delgado's State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. This role requires an active Illinois Insurance Producer License.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
- Must have an Illinois Insurance Producer License.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensación: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
